Eurotackle spent years developing a line that was specifically developed to meet the demands of ultralight, finesse, and BFS anglers. "We wanted to build something that truly matched the rest of the Micro Finesse lineup," says Ben Vnh, owner of Eurotackle. "We had the lures, but we knew we needed the line to match.”

At the core of the MF Braid is EB Braiding Technology – Eurotackle's proprietary production method. It features a unique strand twisting system paired with a water-repellant coating. Together, these technologies deliver the ultimate level of smoothness, enhancing castability, sensitivity, knot strength, and abrasion resistance. When you combine such properties, you create the ideal line for finesse applications. In comparison to other line types, casting distance is increased dramatically.

The initial launch featured MF braid in one color option – the distinctive Eurotackle Green. New for 2026, Eurotackle is adding two new colors to the lineup – pink and moss green – offering anglers even more versatility for a variety of water clarities and conditions. 

Additionally, Eurotackle is expanding its line offerings to include a “Finesse” version which will include 10-, 15-, and 20- pound finesse braid. The Finesse X8 Braid is offered in moss green.
